Cynthia Raphaël is a Lebanese artist born in 1984. She grew up in Beirut and is very attached to her cultural background despite having lived in numerous countries.
She graduated in 2008 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Lebanon, and has traveled a lot since, always interested and inspired by the people she meets.
Art is a way for her to tackle many topics and raise various questions but mostly; "art is a playground".

"Koulna lil Watan" ( كلنا للوطن ) is the first sentence of the Lebanese National Anthem's lyrics and the whistle we can hear in the film is its melody. This short animation is a small glimpse on how days felt like in October 2019 during the Lebanese Revolution.
